Vendor Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Refunds will NOT be offered for cancelled dates.
Any date changes must be requested at least one week in advance, and the market will accommodate them wherever possible.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must provide their own tent, weights, table, chair and proper display – weights must be secured to tents at all times during market hours.
Vendors must provide their own Point of Sale (POS) method.
Vendors must provide all applicable documentation as requested.
Arrival and Departure
Vendors must arrive on time and be set up no later than 15 minutes prior to market start.
Vendors must unload and then remove their vehicles prior to setting up.
Vendors are not permitted to take down prior to the market end time.
Conduct and Compliance
Verbal abuse of market staff will not be tolerated.
Lack of adherence to the policies above may lead to the cancellation of existing bookings, forfeiture of all paid vendor fees, and you will not be invited to attend future markets.
